Elaine O'Connor - Partner

Prior to obtaining her Certification of Accreditation from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, Elaine lived in Southeast Asia and worked in the field of management consulting. Since returning to Alberta, she has practiced exclusively in the area of family law.

Elaine recognizes that divorce and separation is a very stressful time, and that family law proceedings impact every area of a person’s life. Elaine works with her clients to find the best approach given their unique set of circumstances. Whenever possible, she seeks to negotiate a fair and respectful settlement to deescalate the conflict so families can move forward with their lives. When this is not possible, Elaine is not afraid to attend court to obtain a final resolution.
